DMCA
Pokelike respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how copyright owners can contact us about material they believe is infringing.
Copyright Respect
Pokelike is a discovery and browser-play portal. We do not want to host or promote material that violates copyright. If you believe a page, image, embed, description, or linked resource on Pokelike infringes your rights, send a clear notice to support@pokelike.net.
This policy is intended to provide a practical notice-and-review process. It is not legal advice.
Takedown Notice Requirements
To help us process a copyright claim, your notice should include enough information for us to identify both the copyrighted work and the material you believe is infringing.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact Pokelike URL or material you want us to review.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Review And Removal
When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and may remove, disable, or update the challenged material. If the issue involves a third-party embed or game provider, we may also remove the affected link while the matter is reviewed.
Submitting false or misleading notices may create legal liability. Please make sure the claim is accurate before sending it.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to support@pokelike.net. Include the removed material, the previous location, your contact information, and a statement explaining why you believe the removal was incorrect.
We may forward a valid counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore material when appropriate under applicable law.
Repeat Issues
We may remove repeat problem entries, block specific sources, or stop listing material from providers that repeatedly create copyright concerns.
